

KICKBOXING
Recreational kickboxing teaches real technique with partner drills, padwork, and bagwork in a safe light-contact setting. Required gear includes gloves, handwraps, and shin guards. Cardio kickboxing offers basic striking technique with HIIT-style bag work and bodyweight exercises and is completely non-contact. All you need is a pair of gloves. Both options are open to all levels.

FITNESS CLASSES
Workout classes designed to level up overall fitness and functional strength. Strength and conditioning sessions focus on lifting technique, building power, and improving explosiveness. Circuit and HIIT classes use light to medium weights to help you move, sweat, and get stronger. Surf performance training blends mobility, strength, balance, and cardio for full-body conditioning that supports surfing at a high level and helps prevent injury.

OPEN GYM
Open gym hours are available for those who prefer to train independently. Sessions are booked in 1.5-hour increments and limited to four people to ensure plenty of space and equipment access. Personal training or private kickboxing add-ons can be booked for a more guided workout. Contact directly to be connected with a certified personal trainer.
Country Kickboxing & Fitness is an open-air gym at the Waialua Sugar Mill offering kickboxing for all levels, kids classes, fitness training, personal training, and limited open gym hours.
