Kids kickboxing builds coordination, discipline, and confidence through structured striking drills and movement training. Students learn proper punches, basic combinations, footwork, and controlled pad work in a safe environment.

How do I book a class?
All classes are booked online. You can purchase an intro pack, a class package, or book a single drop-in class.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule my class?
Please cancel or reschedule at least 12 hours before class time. If you created or complete creating an account using your booking confirmation email, you can manage your bookings online. Otherwise, please contact us directly for assistance. Late cancellations and no-shows may forfeit the class credit.
What level is required?
All fitness levels are welcome. Classes are structured so exercises can be adjusted as needed.
Are classes coached?
Yes. Every class is coach-led with guidance on movement, technique, and overall class flow.
What should I bring?
We encourage training barefoot. If you prefer to wear shoes, they must be a clean pair worn only inside the gym. Bring water and gym towel.
All levels kickboxing bring gloves (we have community pairs available to borrow if needed.) Advanced kickboxing bring gloves, shin guards and mouth guard.
Can I drop in without a package?
Yes. Drop-ins are welcome and can be booked online.

We are located at the Waialua Sugar Mill on the North Shore of Oʻahu.
Directions to CKB
Pull into the Waialua Sugar Mill and head toward the back of the property where the Waialua Farmers Market is held. Continue straight toward the back and follow the posted signs to Country Kickboxing & Fitness.
